Extended term July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; auto-renewing for additional one-year periods unless terminated with 90 days’ notice before end of fiscal school year

Original agreement term extended to June 30, 2027; thereafter, the contract will automatically renew in successive one-year periods unless either party provides written termination notice at least 90 days before the end of the fiscal school year. Pricing Exhibit A is amended effective July 1, 2026 with revised pay and bill rates.
