Manifest Communications to provide professional design services to the Town Parks and Recreation Department for the signage at the Town's off leash dog parks, Hendricks, Glassier and the Nature Park. The scope of work will be the creation of the graphic design for the dog park rules and regulations signage and the creation of a Town of Carbondale Dog Rules Map.
