Three (3) years from Effective Date, with optional one-year renewals

Initial term of three (3) years from the Effective Date. May be renewed for additional one-year terms if approved by the appropriate authority for each party as required by applicable policy and law. Either party may terminate with or without cause by providing at least 90 days’ written notice prior to the termination date.
