The Valley Center City Council is considering second reading of Ordinance 1429-25 approving a rezoning requested by K2 Investments LLC for a vacant lot between 409 N Meeds Drive and 431 W 3rd Street from single-family to two-family residential use. City staff has recommended approval to allow construction of a new duplex.
