Narragansett Town Council is asked to approve an amendment to the caretaker residential lease with Matt and Monica Eddy for 95E Middlebridge Road, extending the term from a five-year to a fifteen-year lease from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2041. In exchange for year-round caretaking and property management services across the Middlebridge property, the Eddys continue to provide services in lieu of rent.
