City approved the contract with Pacific Coast Security (PCS) for supplemental law enforcement services. The City Attorney suggested changes: 1) Limitation of Liability, P.6, second paragraph, remove “purely economic loss”, and 2) 4th paragraph, P.6, notification of limits for claims, remove paragraph 4 completely. If PCS doesn't agree, the contract can be brought back in January.
