The Community Services, Public Safety, Housing & Development Committee recommended that the City Council authorize a $792,999 CDBG Loan Agreement with Casa Aliento LP to rehabilitate and convert an existing motel into 70 permanent supportive housing units at 1245 N. Oxnard Boulevard. The motion passed unanimously 3-0.
