The Belton City Council will consider authorizing the Belton Economic Development Corporation to execute an Economic Development Performance Agreement with Central Roots Group, LLC – Series Beltonian to support electrical and fire safety upgrades at the Beltonian theater. The agreement would be tied to a Building Life Safety Grant for improvements at 219 E. Central Avenue in the downtown historic district.
