Description

Fort Bend County and Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 214 entered into an interlocal agreement to dedicate, fund, and construct the Woods Road right-of-way and related public infrastructure serving the Cross Creek West subdivision. The agreement allocates responsibility for acquisition, design, construction, and long-term maintenance of various roadway segments, drainage facilities, and traffic signals between the County and the District on an ongoing basis.
