Ukiah, Pinoleville Pomo Nation animal control MOU

The City of Ukiah is considering a Memorandum of Understanding with the Pinoleville Pomo Nation under which the City will provide public safety and animal control services on tribal lands in exchange for cost reimbursement. The Council is asked to authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement in 2025.
