Milo, FLEDC toll EDPL deadline for condemnation challenge

The Town of Milo plans to enter into a tolling agreement with the Finger Lake Economic Development Center to extend the EDPL 207 deadline for challenging the Town’s eminent domain Determination and Findings. The 30-day limitations period will be tolled from July 3, 2026 through August 2, 2026 to allow continued settlement negotiations over the proposed condemnation.
