The Committee of the Whole recommended that Council approve replacement of the existing communications tower at Davis Lock Road with a new 50‑metre multi‑carrier structure as proposed by EORN and Morcom. The recommendation is contingent on approval of the replacement tower by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville.
