The LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency plans to execute Amendment No. 2 to Cooperative Agreement No. L-4-0019 with the San Luis Obispo Council of Governments, raising the not-to-exceed amount to $140,000 and extending the Pacific Surfliner fare subsidy program through June 30, 2028.
