Mullica Schools Lease Classrooms To Y.A.L.E. School

$8,479.33 per month for 12 months (total lease amount of $101,752.00) plus $150.00 per student per year for nursing services and reimbursement for food services

One-year lease effective July 1, 2026, renewable at Y.A.L.E.’s option for subsequent one-year terms beginning July 1. Y.A.L.E. must provide written renewal notice by March 1 of the year it seeks a new term (or by January 1 when including an extended school year). Mullica must notify Y.A.L.E. of agreement to renew by February 1, and either party may terminate the agreement by written notice by January 1 of the current term.
