The Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority will enter into a Preliminary Engineering Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company to review and comment on the RiversEdge Project’s preliminary engineering plans, funded from a $350,000 capital transfer. The agreement reimburses Union Pacific’s engineering and related costs over an anticipated twelve‑month review period.
