The Bureau of Aging and Disability Resources (BADR) has selected the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin (DSAW) to provide live reception services to a toll-free, statewide phone number. They will direct consumers that call in to the correct ADRC's using a soft call to introduce the consumer. The soft launch will be in February.
