Description

The Dania Beach City Commission is approving the First Amendment to its interlocal agreement with Broward County and other municipalities for the Solid Waste Disposal and Recyclable Materials Processing Authority. The Facilities Amendment defines how regional solid waste facilities are owned and managed and sets procedures for any future wind-down of the Authority.
