The Resort Municipality of Whistler is working with Frontera Forest Solutions to update its Community Wildfire Resiliency Plan, including wildfire modelling and prioritization of fuel treatment areas. The Climate Action and Environment Committee directed staff and the consultant team to integrate committee feedback into the next project phase, with a draft update due in early 2027.
