The Florida Inland Navigation District is recommended to approve an agreement modifying the non-exclusive pipeline easement with Seacoast Utility Authority at MSA-617C in Palm Beach County. The modification preserves FIND’s development plans while allowing SUA to retain rights needed for future pipeline replacement beneath the Intracoastal Waterway.
