During pre-council on May 4, 2026, the City Manager recommended an upcoming agreement with Proline Development Inc. DBA Proline Technology to install and maintain new security cameras at the City Annex for up to $60,381.01 over a five-year term. Funding will come from Fund 412 with partial support from the Municipal Court.
