Amendment No. 2, effective September 1, 2024, extends the original September 1, 2022 Claims Service Agreement (as previously amended effective 9/1/2023) through August 31, 2026 and replaces Schedules A, C, and D. Section 9.2.2 is revised to state that upon termination for convenience or non-renewal, TRISTAR will discontinue handling claims as of the termination date unless the parties agree on compensation and funding to continue services. Beginning September 1, 2026, TRISTAR may increase basic fees once per 12-month period based on CPI-U (San Diego Urban) or a minimum 3.5% annual increase.
