Cordova staff and the City Manager are negotiating with Camtu Alaska Wild Seafoods for a 4,100 square foot portion of ATS 220 in Tidewater Development Park, which City Council has already approved for sale. Camtu’s is advancing survey, design, permitting, and park design coordination as part of the transaction.
