CSRMA’s Program Administrators recommend renewing transfer of the $0–$250,000 pooled workers’ compensation layer to Clean Water Insurance Captive, Inc. for PY 37 at an estimated gross premium of about $3.33 million. The captive funding level is projected to be slightly lower than the prior year due to favorable loss development.
