The Winfield City Commission approved a new long-term Power Purchase Contract with KPP Energy for wholesale electric power and associated transmission services. The agreement, effective February 2, 2026, extends for at least 20 years or until related project bonds are retired and adds flexible repayment options for Generation Repair Fund assistance.
