The Village of Rantoul is considering a Development Agreement with Combe Laboratories, LLC to support a more than $30 million expansion at 200 Shelhouse Drive. In exchange for investment and job growth, the Village will extend Enterprise Zone property tax abatements to ten years and waive building permit fees.
