As part of WTA’s carbon sequestration agreement, Whatcom Million Trees Project will calculate and periodically update carbon sequestration estimates for a conserved forest parcel funded in part by WTA. These estimates will support WTA’s strategy to offset a portion of its greenhouse gas emissions.
