Warren City Council is asked to amend its contract with Owen Tree Service, Inc. for citywide tree and stump removal services, increasing the annual cap from $476,250.00 to $676,250.00. The increase covers extensive removal needs caused by storms and will apply retroactively to the current term and future option years.
