District Uses Bond Proceeds To Pay Regions Bank

School District No. 2 of Richland County will use proceeds of its upcoming general obligation bonds to make scheduled Acquisition Payments to Regions Bank under an existing 2020 Acquisition, Use and Security Agreement. Regions Bank will also act as Escrow Agent under a new Escrow Deposit Agreement to manage and invest bond proceeds for these payments.
