A drainage report recommends that the Ministry of Transportation Ontario fund and carry out replacement of the Melville Bruner Drain Extension culvert under County Road 34 to accommodate the Highway 3 widening. The estimated $60,000 project cost, including engineering and construction, is fully assessed to MTO as a special benefit.
