The City of Miami Beach will amend its October 19, 2023 agreement with Canas Tennis Academy LLC to add oversight and management of neighborhood tennis courts at Polo Park and Palm Island Park. The Commission is waiving competitive bidding by a 5/7ths vote to allow the negotiated expansion of services.
