Collier Schools, FGCU finalize dual enrollment agreement

District pays FGCU standard tuition rate per credit hour for campus instruction; high school campus instruction by university faculty reimbursed at salary/benefits and actual costs; example faculty overload rate $1,200/credit hour + 4.81% fringe benefit fee; optional FGCU First Day Ready program at $20/credit hour/student

Commences on the date of the last signature and expires on August 1, 2027; either party may terminate with 90 days written notice subject to academic term restrictions

Agreement may be terminated by either party with 90 days prior written notice, provided termination does not interfere with student participation in the ACE Program or occur during fall or spring semesters when District students are enrolled. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
