The Mountain/Desert Policy Committee will recommend Board approval of Cooperative Agreement No. 26-1003468 with Caltrans for oversight of the PA/ED phase of the I-15 Cajon Pass Northbound Truck Lane Extension Project. Under this agreement Caltrans will provide PA/ED oversight services at no cost to SBCTA through 2039.
