Effective Date through concurrent term of associated Order Form for Licensed Products; terminates upon cancellation or expiration of the Order Form, subject to 30 days’ notice termination

Agreement term is coextensive with the associated Order Form for Licensed Products and automatically terminates upon that Order Form’s cancellation or expiration; either party may terminate at any time with 30 days’ written notice. The Pupil Records Rider term is also coextensive with the Agreement, and any renewal or extension would follow renewal or extension of the underlying Order Form.
