The City of Dodge City approved an MOU with SMH Consultants Inc. granting the City a no-cost, revocable license to display and maintain the La Salsa Man sculpture on SMH’s property. SMH will continue to provide grounds care and utility access while the City assumes responsibility for the artwork itself.
