The County of Grande Prairie is preparing to execute a Master Guarantee Agreement and subordination agreement with ATB Financial, backing up to $5,836,825 of a $23.3 million construction loan for Maskwa Medical Center. The agreements will make the County a several guarantor while subordinating its existing $3.5 million loan to ATB’s construction financing.
