The County plans to amend its on‑call Building and Development Review Services contract with Joe Payne, Inc. d/b/a JPI, extending the term through July 17, 2028 and increasing the contract limit by $1.2 million to $2.6 million. The expanded capacity will assist with permit demand and storm recovery work.
