The Board will ratify a First Amendment with Good Samaritan Shelter that expands interim housing capacity by 29 beds, adds pet care and BHSA housing intervention services, and increases the contract by $2.5 million to a total of $6.58 million through June 30, 2027. The existing term from June 5, 2024 remains in place.
