Hamilton County Schools is asked to amend its architectural services contract with Tinker Ma, LLC for the Gateway CTE (FRFRC) project, increasing the fee from $1,593,014.37 to $4,179,579.81 based on a revised estimated construction cost of $45,893,000.00. The amendment is supported by an updated fee schedule in Exhibit A and associated County Resolution 526-11.
