Original agreement term extended to June 30, 2027; effective July 1, 2026, Pricing Addendum A is amended per revised Exhibit A. Agreement will automatically renew for an additional one-year period beyond June 30, 2027 unless either party gives at least 90 days’ written notice prior to the end of the fiscal school year.
