Concurrent with the term set forth in the Order Form dated July 27, 2026, and automatically terminates upon cancellation or expiration of the Order Form; terminable by either party on 30 days’ written notice

Agreement term is coextensive with the separately executed Order Form dated July 27, 2026 and automatically terminates upon cancellation or expiration of that Order Form; either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 30 days’ written notice. The Pupil Records Rider’s term is expressly coextensive with the Agreement term.
