Fort Bend County Commissioners Court approved an agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for design and construction of a traffic signal and pavement level-up on FM 1093 at Bowser Road in Fulshear. Under the agreement, Fort Bend County will pay 100% of the local participation cost, with detailed amounts and term specified in the underlying TxDOT agreement.
