Banning Affirms Atwell Development Agreement Compliance

The City of Banning completed the ten-year review of its Development Agreement with Tri Pointe Homes for the Atwell Project within the Butterfield Specific Plan. Staff determined the developer remains in good faith compliance with the agreement and applicable regulations, and recommended the City Council receive and file the review with the next annual review planned for February 2027.
