Renewal

The initial term runs July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. The District has no obligation to renew after the initial term but may execute renewals or extensions by subsequent written agreement approved and certified per Section 43. If renewed, prices may be adjusted annually upon Vendor’s written request at least 60 days before each anniversary, not to exceed the Food Away From Home CPI for the San Francisco Metropolitan Area and in no case more than 5% per year. Any change increasing the not‑to‑exceed amount or extending the term must be by written, Board‑approved modification.
