Mark Van Horn will provide in-person videography services and closed captioning services for Board of Education meetings. Services will be performed on a per meeting basis as scheduled and announced to the public. Cost to client will be billed on a monthly basis. A discounted rate of $530 per in-person videography and closed captioning services has been applied.
