Effective on full execution; remains in effect until SH 99 2-lane northbound frontage road project is completed or the agreement is terminated

Agreement remains in effect until project completion unless terminated earlier by mutual consent, for breach, for insufficient funds after PS&E, for inability to agree on amendments when local-requested costs increase, or after 36 months of federal inactivity. Amendments may be executed by mutual written agreement to adjust scope, costs, or responsibilities; cost overruns on construction and ROW are shared 50/50 after federal funding is exhausted, while engineering and environmental overruns are shared 50/50 between State and Local Government.
