State Board Approves Durham’s RSD13 Contribution MOU

The Connecticut State Board of Education approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Town of Durham for an alternative calculation method for its contributions to Regional School District 13. The agreement adopts a five-year rolling average of student enrollment for allocation beginning with the 2025-2026 school year. Either party may terminate the MOU with advance written notice.
