Initial one (1)-year term from effective date with up to four (4) additional one-year renewal options at the City’s sole option and with Contractor’s approval; City must provide written notice of intent to extend at least 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the then-current term. After all terms and renewals, City may extend the agreement on a month-to-month basis for up to six (6) months to complete a new procurement, under the same terms and conditions. Price adjustments may be reviewed only prior to each extension and may influence renewal decisions. Any changes in scope or compensation require a written amendment, potentially subject to City Council approval.
