San Benito CISD and Cameron County JJAEP agree to provide educational services for students expelled under the Texas Education Code §37.007 (a), (d), or (e). Each participating school district agrees to pay Cameron County $100.00 per day plus mileage for each of its expelled students if it opts to place students in the Cameron County Alternate Education Program.
