District Approves MOA With High5 for Afterschool Care

The School Board of Hillsborough County, Florida is entering into a Memorandum of Agreement with High5, Inc. effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 to provide fee-based before-school, after-school, and summer enrichment programs on school sites. High5, Inc. will collect parent fees, pay incentive monies to participating schools, and compensate the District for facility use under the terms of the agreement, with an option for extension by mutual written consent.
