MAINTENANCE

Effective 07/01/2026; services commence as scheduled by District and terminate no later than June 30 of the District's applicable fiscal year, unless earlier terminated

Initial term runs through the end of the District fiscal year, with pricing held firm for an initial 3-year term with no increases permitted. If renewal options are exercised, prices may increase by up to 5% in Year 4 and 5% in Year 5, not to exceed CPI-U (West Region). The District reserves the right to terminate at any time with or without cause upon written notice.
